Job Summary Wynn Resorts is the recipient of more Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Awards than any other independent hotel company in the world. Digital marketing for Wynn Resorts is responsible for creating the social narrative that brings the opulence and elegance of two world class resort destinations to life. Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, the Wynn Resorts Social Creative Manager will be responsible for helping to build up and expand the responsibilities of the organic social media team set within the greater digital marketing team. While the focus of this role will be to help establish greater flexibility in content ideation and development, this individual will also assist in the management of the day-to-day operation and the mentoring of a growing team. Responsibilities Serve as the lead for all social creative requests through Asana. Create social-first digital assets. Maintain quality control of social channels through pre-post QA, escalating guest complaints or concerns in a timely manner, and providing real-time feedback. All other duties as assigned by the Senior Social Media Manager. Job Requirements Qualifications BA in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism. 3
years of in-house social content development experience. Previous experience with photography and videography. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Spark AR. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
