Position Summary Job Description The Quote-to-Cash Process Director will report to the Senior Director of the Quote-to-Cash Center of Excellence. Initially this role will not have direct reports, but it could eventually include direct supervision of one or more project managers. This role will be accountable for driving on-going performance improvements in the Quote-to-Cash functional areas for the Gaming Division across North America. The Director will coordinate multiple active projects and assist in the development of a long-term roadmap to drive improvements in the various Quote-to-Cash functions, coordinated with IT. This role will also manage a formal continuous process improvement program focused on improving the Quote-to-Cash cycle time and reducing defects in the associated functional teams. The Director will also help develop and maintain appropriate control plans and metrics to ensure smooth and timely order flow, and monitoring of control tower metrics intended to function as leading indicators of potential problems. Essential Job Functions:
Initiate and set goals for programs based on the organization's strategic objectives Plan programs from start to finish, including identifying processes, deadlines, and milestones Coordinate project status updates from multiple project managers across a matrix organization Develop, upgrade, and maintain Lean Six Sigma training curriculum for Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt Train Lean Six Sigma process improvement techniques to Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt candidates Mentor Green Belt and Black Belt candidates with their continuous improvement projects in both an office environment and a manufacturing environment Identify and assist in removing barriers to successful project completion Ensure project benefits are calculated, approved by relevant stakeholders, and recorded for reporting purposes Occasionally lead large and/or cross functional continuous improvement projects and Lean events Apply the Theory of Constraints to identify bottlenecks and increase throughput within the Quote-to-Cash functions Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA a plus
Experience:

years relevant work experience Program and Project Management experience, including developing appropriate governance and reporting structures Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Process improvement experience in an office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and Minitab statistical analysis software Process re-engineering know-how and metric development, including construction of dashboards Ability to meet established deadlines; must be a self-starter who can work independently as well as be a team player with superb organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong collaboration and facilitation skills working with multiple process owners Results oriented with actions focused on delivering those results Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex subject matter Familiarity with Lean techniques and use of the Toyota Production System in a manufacturing environment is a plus Experience in order processing, production scheduling, inventory management, warehouse operations, technical field services, billing or collections processes is another plus
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Process ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
