Position Summary This position is responsible for SG Gaming Orders for both 'For Sale' and 'Gaming Operations' products, spanning from traditional Casino Slot Machines, Physical and Electronic Table Games, Shuffler devices, and Conversion. The position is expected to manage and development of the staff and team structure, as well as the ordering process, procedure, tools reporting and discipline to ensure order execution above the customers' expectations. 30. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive and deliver SG products to customer requests with a high level of focus on order accuracy, order velocity and consistent delivery performance to expectations. Manage, execute and continuously adjust and improve order fulfillment processes, tools and staffing to meet customer and organizational needs. Includes ownership of order fulfillment cycle from production booking to installation coordination Responsibility for order fulfillment, driving priorities based on customer need, working alongside supply chain and operations. Demonstrates effective and efficient leadership and change management skills Develop talented leaders within order execution who inspire while driving accountability to their employees. Create a culture of high employee engagement. Develop and build a high performance sales operations utilizing a variety of systematic tools such as:
performance appraisals, personnel development plans and tactics, incentive plans, and various communication and feedback methods Detailed understanding of SG product lines at the features and options level, ability to categorize product options to balance the desires of the customer with the abilities of operations to execute on time, on quality and on cost Initiates and maintains contact with key engineers, supply chain and production, and leaders of other divisions and companies, requiring skill in negotiation and persuasion on critical issues Applies creativity, foresight, and mature engineering judgment in anticipating and solving problems, determining objectives and requirements, organizing projects, and developing standards and guides for diverse activities Capable of managing multiple highly complex projects with stakeholders and activities internal and external to the Sales Operations team. Possess the teamwork, communication skills, and trustworthiness to work closely with other members of the team, demonstrates effective and efficient leadership skills Excellent communication, both verbally and written. Strong experience owning and managing Sales & Operations Planning reporting and requirements. Familiarity with manufacturing operations, supply chain, shipping, field service/install resource scheduling, and core ERP functions and processes Extensive experience with mainstream ERP systems and supporting applications, CRM, SAP, Oracle r12 preferred. An unblemished record of high integrity with a level of trustworthiness and honesty that is suitable for both the industry and the company. TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE 10
years' experience in the field of customer service or sales operations. 5
years' senior leadership in Sales Operations, leading large and sophisticated, complimentary and serial interface teams Oracle experience a plus. ServiceMax a plus Gaming experience a plus. EDUCATION Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, management studies, or in a related discipline a plus. MBA a plus. Attends seminars, workshops, and conferences for continuous improvement and professional development.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, Sales Engineering, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
