Responsible for management of Client Solutions and support teams. Directs team to ensure goals on revenue and profit are achieved. Directs team to grow opportunities with existing accounts by selling additional products and services. Plays a key role on major accounts. Also leads Client Solutions team within a defined market or business segment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities o Differentiators Individual Volume - $5 million or more Team Volume - $10 million or more Strategic customers and complex accounts o Leadership Direct team in the successful and profitable production of revenue opportunities totaling approximately $10 million or more. Comply with strategies set by VP or SVP. Play key role on major accounts. Collaborate with branch leadership. Participate in meetings for team that allow for collaboration on goals. o Client Solutions Develop E3, order lead time, job cost and budget goals. Identify execution and profit challenges on accounts and develop business plans for improvement. Assign personnel as needed for accounts based on customer and business needs. Provide direction on cross functional teams as needed. o Business Development Strategy Direct team to improve organic growth on all accounts. Establish cross functional teams for accounts as necessary working with other business leaders. o Budget Ensure accurate budgets on all accounts in group. Manage within team operational budget. o Talent Management Recruit, develop and retain team members. Execute on training programs as determined by team leader. Manage account and personnel succession planning. o Analytics Ensure Salesforce.com data integrity. Report monthly on major accounts status (business development opportunities, at risk, last year of contract). Report on show execution areas (order lead, E3, job cost & budgets). o Miscellaneous Support team on major proposals, pricing and presentations in tandem with EVP, Business Development. Participate in industry organizations on committees (national and local basis). Conduct random invoice audits to verify accurate account billing. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience 1. Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred. 2. Two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales related role is preferred. 3. Five (5) or more years of related account management experience. 4. Has proven the ability to manage their own book of accounts or the ability to lead teams in the successful and profitable production of revenue opportunities totaling approximately $3 million or more. 5. Key role on major accounts. 6. Knowledge of sales systems such as TSS and Salesforce is required. 7. Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications. 8. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are required. Travel Requirements Travel 25% to 50%
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
