PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER

Job Description The Public Relations department is responsible for maintaining the public image and awareness of both Wynn and Encore. The primary focus of the Entertainment PR Manager is to launch and sustain an earned media campaign for a newly created resident production show, oversee large-scale special events throughout the resort as well as promote rotating headliners and podcasts. This strategic role will work within the Public Relations Dept. and work closely with the Show Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive public relations campaign to launch a new show concept, both domestically and internationally. Possess strong contacts with major television shows and productions, specifically in the LA and NYC markets; source and book national television appearances and performances to support awareness of the show. Create media and general marketing materials including press releases, media kits, photo/ video assets, and press room development. Organize press conferences and special events for key milestones, including grand opening festivities. Manage the timely distribution of press materials to media; respond to reporter requests for information and interview opportunities. Accompany talent to all media and public relations activities both in-market and out-of-market; identify and cultivate spokespersons and ambassadors for the show. Coordinate familiarization trips and resort experiences for visiting media. Welcome and host Celebrity/VIP visitors to the resort Work with the show marketing department to create, develop and coordinate promotions with measurable value. Align with the Digital Marketing to create content for social media channels, including influencer engagement. Assist with determining scope and day-to-day management of outside PR agency. Represent the show at community and trade events. Maintain a media activity database and provide comprehensive reporting as needed. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in entertainment public relations or related field. Knowledge of local, regional and national print and digital media contacts. Must possess advanced writing ability, strong organizational skills, and excellent verbal communication. Must have a flexible schedule and be willing and able to work evenings and weekends. Must be 21 years of age or older.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social Media, Marketing Research & AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
