Responsibilities:
The Assistant Director-Stewarding is responsible for assisting the Executive Director- Stewarding in managing staff and kitchens, training and scheduling staff, conducting daily inspections of facilities to ensure conformance with health and fire code regulations, planning, directing and overseeing the maintenance of kitchen areas and kitchen equipment, both stationary and portable, maintaining inventory and supplies necessary to support stewarding staff, coordinating stewarding needs with restaurant chefs, and all other duties as determined by the Executive Steward. Job Requirements Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner. 2nd language a plus. Requires a minimum of 4 years prior stewarding management experience, preferably in a high-volume, luxury hotel/casino resort. Prior experience working in a Union a plus. Candidate must have knowledge of chemicals, personal protection equipment, and sanitation guidelines. The Candidate must have the ability to manage all aspects of the stewarding operation. Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment. Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times Must be at least 18 years of age. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
