VICE PRESIDENT - U.S. BANK SECRECY ACT COMPLIANCE

The Wynn Resorts, Limited (WRL) Vice-President - U.S. Bank Secrecy Act Compliance reports to WRL's Chief Global Compliance Officer (CGCO) and is responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, and administration of all aspects of the BSA compliance program for WRL's casino and hotel operations in Nevada and Massachusetts (the BSA Program). Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Act as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer for WRL's casino and hotel operations in the United States. Inform and advise the CGCO and other WRL executives concerning the status and effectiveness of the BSA Program. Develop and/or revise policies, procedures, and programs in support of the administration of the BSA Program. Supervise the BSA Program Managers at each casino who are responsible for day-to-day administration of the BSA Program. Design, oversee, and ensure training for relevant employees on BSA compliance policies and procedures. Oversee the Currency Transaction Report (CTR) submission process to ensure compliance with the BSA. Oversee the investigation of suspicious transactions and ensure the proper of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with the requirements of the BSA. Evaluate the casinos' utilization of Title 31 software and make recommendations to the CGCO concerning upgrades as necessary. Periodically review and examine established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the BSA and best practices. Stay current and informed with respect to changes to federal and state laws and regulations concerning anti-money laundering (AML) efforts generally and the BSA specifically. Liaison as necessary with other casino departments, including gaming operations, security, surveillance, finance, legal, internal audit, and marketing concerning AML/BSA compliance matters. Coordinate with WRL's Internal Audit team on the design and implementation of periodic AML program audits and respond effectively to Internal Audit reports and recommendations. Create a culture of AML/BSA compliance within the organization which allows employees at every level to act with confidence in identifying and reports incidents of potential non-compliance. Liaison with federal and state regulators on matters of AML/BSA compliance. Liaison with leaders and managers for other WRL AML Business Units, including WynnBET, BetBull, and Wynn Macau on AML-related compliance issues. Serve as Chair of the BSA Compliance Committee for each of WRL's U.S. casinos - Wynn/Encore Las Vegas (WLV) and Encore Boston Harbor (EBH). Build and lead a strong team which works collaboratively with each other and with colleagues throughout the organization. Perform other related duties as may be assigned. Performance Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Directly supervise BSA Compliance Managers at WLV and EBH, including overseeing hiring and training team members, allocating resources, appraising performance, counseling team members, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major or emphasis in accounting, finance, business, or gaming management. At least three (3) years of experience as the designated BSA Officer in a casino environment. Significant experience with the IRS BSA examination process. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent project management skills. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
