Job Description The IT Product Manager for Data Analytics is a key player in the team who is hands-on and brings together all aspects of a cloud data analytics platform implementation. The position requires strong customer empathy and focus, communication skills, technical skills, customer presence, industry knowledge, and exceptional delivery skills. This position will be responsible for the successful delivery of a transformational data analytics program. Duties /
Responsibilities:
Establish prioritized roadmaps and implement strategies for executing with teams cross-functionally to build products that will advance the organization's productivity through data & analysis. Drive innovation in how Wynn uses data to positively impact business strategies Engage with business leaders and operational managers to define use cases and consistently deliver business functionalities on a cloud data analytics platform Ensure on-time & high-quality deliverables from team Work with project managers to manage all aspects of project lifecycle, including but not limited to quality assurance, risk management, schedule management and Assist in understanding end user business needs & work with the team to convert those into technical specifications Lead the engagement with the end users of the data analytics platform and other business stakeholders to ensure adoption and satisfaction Create / provide thought-leadership to the organization internally and externally Define and author needed artifacts, documentation, or patterns for the cloud data analytics platform in partnership with architects and project managers Create actionable, insights driven data products for a variety for strategic business initiatives, stakeholder goals, and user needs. Identify and prioritize key issues and opportunities for innovation. Implement a user-centric design methodology, focusing on goal definition, design exploration, and idea refinement. Communicate how users will interact with data products through multi-step user flows, designs, and prototypes. Manage data sharing and logic with internal and externals partners Job Requirements A minimum of 10 years of related data analytics experience; 5
years in product management experience with building and delivering successful data products & capabilities; at least 2 full lifecycles of cloud-based data analytics implementations Strong understanding of marketing and CRM processes in a B2C environment coupled with strong communication skills Hands-on experience in managing agile-based projects in the data analytics, Business Intelligence, AI/ML space The ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative cross-team environment Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure, technologies and tools (preferably on Azure) Highly analytical and collaborative qualities with strong technical, strategic and problem-solving skills Desired:
Expertise on Azure data analytics tools and technologies Understanding of the security aspects of cloud architecture Experience in programming languages such as R, Python, Spark, SQL etc. Experience in the casino, gaming and/or hospitality sector Wynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & Management, Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
