Principal Enterprise Architect

OVERVIEW As an Enterprise Systems Architect, you are a problem solver, designer, and a leader. You will work directly with business owners to architect solutions and work directly with IT development teams to drive innovation. During project implementation you will act as an advisor to ensure projects align with an overall enterprise architecture and IT strategy. This role will have a specific focus on data innovation, being part of the team, which help Crestron determine our data strategy moving forward. Successful candidates will have the vision to see opportunities, anticipate problems and identify solutions. They will be someone who sees how all the pieces come together and can discover the true requirements underlying requests. Most of all, a successful candidate will be a highly driven, self-motivated technologies with the ability to rally teams and deliver results. RESPONSIBILITIES Support Crestron strategic initiatives and projects as directed via the executive management through project work, innovation, and business process transformation. Work with Crestron business units to conduct intake, customer interviews, process & workflow studies, and data analysis. Develop systems, policies, and procedures in consultation with partner units to provide long term, scalable solutions for Crestron. Work with OneIT to assist with digital transformation of existing business practices and systems to provide Crestron with scalable, high-availability, user friendly systems Assist with the creation of enterprise and data architectures strategies. Recommend innovative technical and business approaches. Develop standards that can be re-used in other projects, systems, and designs. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team for system architecture, system design and system interoperability. Coordinate closely with the team's SME for data analysis on enhancing and refining Crestron's data infrastructure. QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated understanding of enterprise IT system architecture for a global company. Demonstrated experience with enterprise data architecture. Demonstrated experience with SAP ECC is a plus. Demonstrated experience with Salesforce is a plus Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 15

years of experience in a Senior Architect role. Strong business and technical vision. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering or equivalent. Master's Degree is a plus. Work experience in a manufacturing organization is a plus.
