Responsible for all areas of property marketing. This includes advertising, public relations, internet marketing and retail events. Develop property marketing programs, control advertising and marketing costs. Ensure a consistent message in advertising and property signage is created by advertising agency. Responsibilities:
(Includes but is not limited to the following) Oversees, plans, and coordinates the execution of deliverables associated with the established marketing strategy for their designated property verticals. Under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing & Entertainment and Property leadership, plans and coordinates the execution of the established marketing strategy as approved by the Vice President of Marketing & Entertainment and Property leadership for the property. In collaboration with the property partners, develop monthly marketing program calendars, yearly marketing plans, and develop a strategy based on and property executional feedback and analytics. Involved in development of monthly and yearly expense and revenue budgets in conjunction with the property to ensure that each property achieves their targets and manages to those budgets Evaluate advertising initiatives on an ongoing basis through interpreting data, identifying trends, and making actionable recommendations for continual improvement to drive results and success for the company Works together with analytics and business vertical leaders to review business performance of the market and come up with actionable recommendations for the market and marketing campaigns and programs to optimize marketing spend and yield Assist in managing all other responsibilities including but not limited to advising on marketing-related topics, developing marketing rationale for capital requests, working with IT leadership and vertical partners to drive innovation in marketing strategies and tools, and managing multiple verticals communication and promotional strategies Oversee the execution of strategic plans, marketing spending and yield Works with the outside vendors, corporate and property vertical leaders to develop and finalize executional details of marketing events and programs Responsible for the partnering with Creative Services teams to ensure successful development and execution of campaigns and projects to deliver on both short and long-term company initiatives Hiring, coaching, developing and mentoring Marketing and property partners to ensure best practices become incorporated Qualifications Performance Requirements:
(Knowledge, skills and abilities) Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language clearly to ascertain and document important information, to follow written and/or verbal instructions and to provide clear direction/guidance. Ability to relate to all levels of management and employees in verbal/written form. Communicate effectively both verbal and in writing to provide clear direction, instruction and guidance to staff. Assign and instruct all personnel in details of work. Observe performance and encourage improvement. Monitor workload and make staffing adjustments accordingly. Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for other employees. Resolve complications and complaints by conducting thorough research of the situation and the most effective solutions. Make decisions and take action based on previous experience and judgment, sometimes revising procedures to accommodate unusual situations. Ability to exercise judgment and implement control over the performance of staff. Ability to deal with a number of problems requiring initiative and good judgment. Ability to organize/prioritize work, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision and multiple interruptions, exercise judgment and adapt instructions/directions from one assignment to another. Supervise staff including:
selection, training, counseling and discipline. Mathematical skills necessary to analyze reports, prepare forecasts and budgets. Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system. Listen & respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice, answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information. Social skills as demonstrated by the ability to deal with internal/external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to diffuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve problems and concerns. Social skills as demonstrated by the ability to listen and respond to employee or management inquiries/concerns using a positive, clear speaking voice, answering questions and/or offering assistance giving accurate information regarding plans, policy or procedures within guidelines. Experience Requirements At least four (5) years of prior casino or marketing experience At least four (5) years of experience in the management/supervision/leadership of employees Experience developing and implementing marketing programs to include competitive analysis, budgeting, Education Requirements Bachelors degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience Desirables:
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting Experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, social media platform marketing, casino special events, and/or direct marketing. Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
