Job Description:
Position Overview The primary responsibility of the Manager - Corporate Human Resources is to support corporate management and team members with Team Member Relations-related items as well as Talent processes including Learning, Performance Management and Engagement. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.'s policies, practices, and procedures. All Las Vegas Sands Corp. Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company's standards, work requirements and rules of conduct. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Ensure supervisory and managerial staff are motivating and building corporate team member's confidence while maintaining integrity to the department and organization. Partners with business and HR leadership to address organizational issues affecting business performance. Provide coaching, guidance, and facilitation to corporate team members on issues related to policies and procedures, performance management, conflict resolution and other team member relations issues. Partner with labor counsel as needed to seek guidance on any extraordinarily complex team member relations issues requiring additional risk analysis and/or investigation/interpretation of relevant employment laws, rules and regulations, as well as any complaints filed with governmental agencies and/or employment litigation. Review and approve management recommendations for employment terminations. Administer and/or facilitate Talent-related processes related to Learning, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession, and Engagement with Corporate managers and team members. Stays current on all legislative changes and implements appropriate change management tactics to facilitate best practices. Perform job duties in a safe manner. Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age. Proof of authorization to work in the United States. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is essential; Master's degree or a JD is preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy. 5
years human resources generalist experience required. Working knowledge of Employee Relations, Worker's Compensation, Title VII, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, Wage and Hour and Unemployment Law. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in spoken and written form. Physical Requirements Must be able to:
Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation. Work remotely as necessary Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust. Utilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
