Modern office setting Growth opportunities We're looking for a friendly and responsible individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant.
Besides being able to do the traditional tasks of a personal assistant (clerical work, booking travel, running errands, etc) this person will learn the ins and outs of the distribution business.
You will be working closely with the COO of the company and will essentially be mirroring/learning their tasks.
This is ideal someone who wants to join a start up and have an excellent opportunity to grow within the company.
It is also ideal for those willing to wear multiple hats within a company.
Opportunity for a raise is after 6 months of working or sooner depending on results.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of clerical duties in a business office.
Communicate with customers, clients, and employees by phone, mail, internet, or in person.
Prepare minutes of meetings Schedule appointments, travel, and events.
Run miscellaneous errands Work closely with the COO to learn the entire business.
Some of the tasks include reaching out to vendors, reviewing purchases, client management, overseeing virtual assistant operation.
