ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explaining all specials, promotions and food items on the menu.
Answering questions about menu pricing, preparation, ingredients and plate presentation.
Memorizing and promoting daily specials.
Making food and beverage recommendations to guests as appropriate.
Ensuring the guest needs are met, including keeping beverages full, providing additional condiments and/or food items, and checking back with guests during their meal.
Balancing end-of-day paperwork, including cash, credit card and due backs with minimal errors, overages or shortages.
Supporting other areas of the restaurant as necessary.
Must be able to lift up-to 25 lbs.
Maintaining a complete knowledge and understanding of menu items.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required.
Must be 21 years old.
Must have craft beer experience including 2 years' experience as a restaurant server.
Must have a valid NV Health, TAM, and Non-Gaming cards.
Must be able to work in a environment with exposure to second hand smoke and high noise levels.
