PRIMARY PURPOSE:
It is the primary responsibility of the Pit Clerk to assist the Table Games Department by completing tasks that aid in the operations of the gaming tables.
It is the responsibility of the Pit Clerk to deliver on our company's brand by using our SHOW Guest Service standards with all customers and coworkers.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Interact with guest and coworkers using our SHOW service standards Patron Management - Creation and updating of accounts, printing Mlife cards, scanning customer ID's, entering manual ratings and entering comps Pit Transactions - Assist Table Games with all marker functions, securing markers and during system downtimes assist Table Games Title 31 - Monitor and report cash transactions using our Title 31 system, verify reporting requirements are on file Assist Table Games with the completion of error notifications Answer phones in Pits Assist IT Department in the maintenance of all equipment Perform other job-related duties as requested KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to sit/stand for long periods Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.
e.
telephone, copier, fax machine Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays PREFERRED:
Six (6) months data entry experience Excellent customer service skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
