College degree or related certifications in construction management preferred.
Commercial construction experience.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Capable of reading blueprints.
Familiarity with Procore or construction management software preferred.
Interpersonal skills:
ability to interact with co-workers, subcontractors, engineers, and designers over numerous projects.
Ability to recognize mistakes and work with others to create solutions.
Responsibilities Include:
Reviewing plans for constructability, generating and distributing RFI's.
Track changes in plans and scopes with written documentation.
Write job specific scopes.
Review, qualify and clarify all subcontractor bids.
Maintain, update subcontractor contact information and update in Procore.
Review bid packages including plans, reports, specifications, and special bid Instructions.
Generate and send out bid invites to subcontractors with all pertinent information.
Use takeoff software and excel spreadsheets to generate budget estimates for project using known site conditions and limited documentation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
