You will greet guest by providing customer service, such as general location information, in order to direct guest to speak with our Marketing Coordinator.
Though no two days are the same at Westgate Resorts, you'll have the opportunity to:
Serve as a positive and professional concierge for Westgate Resorts Greet customers Provide customer service to on property guests, including giving directions, maintaining updated information on local area attractions and special events, and maintain a courteous image to guests What You'll Bring:
Friendly, outgoing, energetic attitude Enjoy working with tourists Ability to work independently and as a team Professional business appearance Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude Work a flexible schedule (day/hours) including weekends and holidays.
