We're looking for full-time Social Media Customer Support Rep.
for our athleisure brand POP Fit Clothing and our underwear brand Cheek Boss.
You will represent our brands mission and voice to customers via social media.
Hours are flexible so college students are welcome to apply.
HOURS & PAY:
$18-$24/hr d.
o.
e 30-40 hours a week, hybrid schedule will include both in office and remote hours Must be available at least one weekend day

Respond to our customers efficiently and effectively via email, live chat, and social media.
Monitor social media comments and direct messages Engage with our customers via social media and keep POP Fit's social media fun and positive.
Ensure policies are being upheld while also keeping the customer's satisfaction in mind.
Contribute to the department by offering feedback on how we can keep and grow our loyal community of customers.
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF:
You have a strong command of how to use the internet, web-based tools, and social media.
Previous online or in-person Customer Service experience.
The ability to problem solve quickly.
Strong grammar.
Excellent communication and follow up skills.
Detail oriented while still maintaining a sense of urgency.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
