We are seeking a dynamic, confident, organized, and highly personable professional who is driven to build relationships and create new business opportunities.
Experience with multi-family housing is required.
This position will be required to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
This position will work closely with management, project and construction staff, customers and vendors.
This position must communicate with all levels of management and non-management personnel in a professional and responsive manner.
This position will be responsible for meeting with customers to accurately determine the needs of their property as well as any other duties as assigned to support a growing team.
Requirements - - Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-family housing construction and / or renovation - Knowledge of both interior and exterior renovations - Knowledgeable of the general principles and procedures followed for multi-family and commercial on and off-site construction activities - Manage all aspects and details of a job including ordering materials, scheduling, inspections, walking quality assurance, and maintaining deadlines - Manage sub-contractors on a daily basis and follow scope of work to complete projects - Skillful in coordinating and communicating between in-house office and on-site activities - Self-motivated with ability to work with a team - Excellent communication skills to work with clients and owner's representatives - Proficient in reviewing contracts and bids - Ability to read and follow plans - Able to create a scope of work based on client's needs - Estimate materials and cost for future projects - Ability to work under pressure and problem solve - Dedication to customer satisfaction and exhibits outstanding customer service skills - Computer proficiency - Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook), Builder Trend, Company Cam Preferred Requirements:
- Ability to coordinate and apply for any required permits - Ability to complete required inspections and communicate with inspectors - Bi-lingual (Spanish) a HUGE plus Health Insurance, 401k and vehicle/cell phone allowances provided.
Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
