Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules- Answer and direct phone calls- Greet clients and visitors at the front desk- Transcribe notes and messages- Perform data entry tasks- Prepare and proofread documents- Coordinate travel arrangements
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role- Proficient in Google Suite, DocuSign, phone systems, and Outlook Calendar
