Competitive Pay determined on experience Summary/Objective The Commercial Refrigeration & HVAC Technician performs highly diversified duties including installs, repairs, troubleshoot and maintenance to a variety of equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, split systems, flame safeguard controls, air driers, packaged units and hot side equipment such as ovens, ranges and fryers.
Also provides excellent customer service while performing these duties.

1.
Analyze, plan and perform preventative maintenance of Refrigeration Equipment and/or HVAC system.
2.
Plan shutdowns for maintenance and repair pumps including chill water, heating water and condensation pumps.
3.
Troubleshoot, repair and make modifications to Refrigeration Equipment and/or HVAC system.
4.
Adhere to all city, state and federal regulatory statues; Maintain maintenance records as required by City, State and EPA regulations.
5.
Order and maintain parts needed to repair and maintain HVAC equipment.
6.
Manage relationship with all major vendor accounts.
7.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
8.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
9.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
10.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
11.
Completes service work orders and writes detailed information on work orders for proper invoicing.
Follows proper departmental work order submittal process.
12.
Follows all company department policies and procedures.
Including but not limited to safe driving, timesheet submittal, ordering parts, customer service and responding to service calls.
