Responsibilities include:
Welcoming clients and generating excitement for our services Overseeing check-in and check-out procedures Attending to phone calls Scheduling and confirming appointments Light cleaning/organizing including - laundry, cleaning sauna suites, restocking/setting up treatment rooms for providers Managing the flow of clients within the clinic Resolving client inquiries Assisting with social media content - capturing short clips of assigned topic (typically 1-3 topics per work week) Qualifications / Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Weekend availability Experience working in a medical spa, medical practice (plastic surgery, dermatology, etc.
), or high-volume spa/salon is preferred Excellent customer service Excellent follow-through and follow up Demonstrate computer literacy including use of office EMR Possess excellent organization and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn products and services quickly Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and the ability to work with frequent interruptions Have a friendly, can-do attitude Job Types:
