The ideal candidate will be available daily, nights, weekends, and on-call.
They will be extremely organized and able to manage several tasks at once.
They should have experience scheduling appointments and travel arrangements, and a valid driver's license for managing errands and deliveries.
Additionally, the individual in this position will be responsible for managing calendars, making changes and sending reminder emails.
Strong communication skills are required for this position, as the successful candidate will be responsible for responding to requests promptly and accurately.
Must have 5 years experience as a personal assistant.
Must be 21
Benefits available after 90 days.
Responsibilities:
Open availability is a must.
The business is ever-growing and requires full-time attention from the owner.
Organize calendar:
business/social events, appointments, etc.
Make travel arrangements including flight, hotel, and transportation.
Be available to take care of personal items such as bill pay and home contracts.
Perform other duties assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
