Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track the performance of campaigns, identify areas for optimization, and present findings to the management team.
Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and tools, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Thai language is a plus).
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
