Our solutions include classroom monitors, bedding, carts, roll-out beds, bathroom accessories, and medical equipment.
Our office administrators are responsible for the smooth running of a busy office and helping to ensure that our staff and staff members have a good time working in the center.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with a positive attitude and will be able to communicate well with all staff members.
This person will be organized with good attention to detail and will be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Manage office and staff schedules Organize office and assist staff members Greet visitors and assist them if needed Manage incoming supplies and inventory Keep office organized and clean Maintain stock of supplies, including paper, envelopes, pens, etc.
Receive mail and sort it out Schedule meetings, appointments, or training sessions Keep records of office expenses and expenses from staff expenses Keep inventory of supplies at all times to ensure that stock is always available for use by staff and visitors Keep logs of supplies received or sold out from vendors or other staff members as needed Maintain contact lists of potential clients or customers by phone or email; provide information to visitors as needed.
