Education:
Bachelor's DegreeEducation Details:
In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or relevant field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong modeling skills, including ability to conduct forecasting, NPV, and ROI analyses and present recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
High organization and a strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with both internal and external stakeholders.
Possess excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
Preferred Requirements Minimum one (1) year of experience in a related activity, especially aircraft or airline experience.
Job Duties Forecast and budget for the company engine maintenance and aircraft teardown programs.
Perform in-depth analyses of Fleet Planning business needs, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Develop lease vs.
build analyses on potential engine decisions.
Perform analyses of potential fleet transactions, including final purchase price calculations and engine maintenance review for scheduled aircraft acquisitions.
Monitor compliance with aircraft and engine leases and financing agreements as related to maintenance decisions.
Provide administrative support related to fleet transactions and aircraft financing initiatives.
Assume responsibility for external facing communication for engine-related maintenance activities with an emphasis on relationship building.
Provide support for ongoing RFPs for airframe and engine shop visits.
Coordinate with Materials and Engineering teams regarding heavy maintenance work scope management, optimizing for both performance and cost.
Assist Accounting and Finance teams with financial reporting and forecasting of heavy maintenance expenses.
Lead process improvement and data integrity initiatives for various Fleet Planning programs.
Other duties as assigned.
