Senior Manager Infrastructure Services

Overview:
This role is responsible for Managing and participating in the Network engineering team.
This includes designing, implementing, documenting and supporting escalations on all aspects of networking solutions in an enterprise environment.
The Senior Manager Infrastructure Services ensures the engineering team has the necessary tools, equipment, process and training to meet the business plan.
Support business planning by involving themselves with internal product planning, design discussions, and solutions, external program planning and status discussions, assessing needs and priorities as well as assisting in developing quotes and proposals.
Lead the team in design and Implementation, as well as supporting all other Infrastructure teams.
This role will support the Director Infrastructure Services through the planning and execution of functional, regional and national initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement solutions against future and current requirements for improved Infrastructure and IT efficiency and effectiveness Support IT and Business technology needs while leveraging the appropriate strategic resources Provide Infrastructure feedback, functional knowledge, and requirements to Corporate IT.
Serve on multifunctional groups to provide Engineering and Operational experience.
Implement functional and national IT projects prioritized to support the overall company or IT strategy Analyze the direct benefits and continuing contributions of functional areas including:
telephony, telecommunications, customer interface subsystems and escalated support needs Analyze, design, test, document, implement, and provide operational support assistance across all corporate networking infrastructure and services.
Develop and design global networking solutions with the following requirements in mind:
Usability, Reliability, Performance, and Supportability/Maintainability, Cost effectiveness.
Provisioning new circuits for internet and/or site to site connectivity.
Manage relationships and work with vendors to escalate issues when appropriate.
Design and implement network management and monitoring solution.
Provide operational support and transition of solutions.
Prepare and maintain up to date documentation for internal and external customers detailing configuration of deployed solutions.
Drive the continual evolution and support of the network plan for consistency and growth.
Resolve and troubleshoot operational issues involving authentication, wireless, routers, switches, DDI, Cloud and VPN in a multi-routing (OSPF, BGP, static) infrastructure.
Train and mentor peers to develop members of the team and other technical resources, as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education Preferred:
BS or Master's degreee in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
Work
Experience:
7-11 years of management in a technical network engineering capacity in enterprise routing, switching, firewall and wireless environment.
Other:
Knowledge and demonstrable proficiency to design, provision, troubleshoot, document, and project manage in the following areas:
Load balancing, ASM, Cloud Security, Remote Access, Web Gateways, and encryption technology knowledge.
Authentication platforms (ISE, Clearpass, Two Factor Authentication, Active Directory (AD), RADIUS, TACACS, and RSA) Next Gen Firewalls:
(Fortinet, ASA), VPN technologies.
Telecommunications, LAN/WLAN/WAN/MAN, wired and wireless security and management (WPA/WPA2, PEAP, EAP-TLS, 802.
1X) access control list (ACLs), TCP/IP, VLAN, IP Multicast, routing (BGP, OSPF), and switching on multiple platforms.
Proficiency with public key infrastructure (PKI) and certificate authority (CA).
Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with passionate attention to detail.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools (i.
e.
Mobile Iron, Airwatch, etc) helpful.
Experience with merger and acquisition activities and processes preferred.
Position requires the ability to travel as needed or required to perform these functions.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
