Systems Administrator - Server OS

Fusion HCR is hiring! Systems Administrator - Server OS for a great opportunity in Las Vegas NV.
This position will be supporting a national casino and hospitality company, managing software implementations, deploying patches and Server OS Makes upgrades, expands and/or maintains existing PC computer system and provides admin support for a Windows based server.
Provides problem solving of specific issues to computer users as required.
Evaluates system specifications and insures hardware / software compatibility and maintains workstations and MS Windows Operating Systems for stable performance.
Loads technical application software, with specific configurations, standard templates and interfaces.
Performs the daily operation of MS Windows Server software to include system security, appropriate access, configuration and backing up the system.
Installs the latest drivers and insures output devices are working properly.
Organizes and secures directory structure per project and organizational requirements and performs data recovery as required.
Configures hardware such as:
workstations, printers, servers and tape drives and maintains a Computer Authorization and Custodial Receipt Listing (CA/CRL) to track equipment configurations and identification logs.
Administers server deployment of applications and respective incremental licensing.
Understands the basics of document management Uses established policies and procedures and subject matter knowledge to complete routine assignments performed under general supervision with appreciable latitude for independent contribution.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience, augmented by ongoing academic/technical training and/or certification programs specific to the work unit hardware/software tools Minimum five (5) or more years a System Admin Minimum five (5) years managing active directory based networks Experience collecting and evaluating OS performance data and identifying security level gaps and improvements Experience working in a configuration-managed operational environment with rigorous security controls is advantageous Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent Recommended Skills Active Directory Group Backup Data Recovery Directory Structures Document Management Systems Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
