Holcim US/Aggregate Industries, a leading supplier of quality, construction building materials in the United States, has immediate openings for Construction Coordinators.
The Construction Coordinator has responsibilities in support of the Contracting Department (grading and paving operations).
Assist in establishing and implementing contracts administration procedures to include:
gathering and compiling data essential to the administration of prime contracts, acquiring/tracking insurance certificates, accounts payable and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Based on experience from 1-10 years, expected payrate starts at $29.
72 hourly ($61.
82 annually) to $41.
35 hourly ($86.
01 annually).
Responsibilities:
Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas; Prepare Sub-Contractor payment estimates; Prepare and administer insurance certificates; Formulate construction contracts; Administer Accounts Payable for construction contracts; Identifying project problems, i.

, budgets, production, etc.

Qualifications:
Required Education:
High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree) with zero - to - three (0-3) years of equivalent experience.
Preferred Education:
Bachelors degree; Preferred degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar education.
Required Computer and Software Skills:
Microsoft applications, Oracle, SAP, Primavera, Build to Win (job costing system).
Required Work
Experience:
Zero - to- one (0-1) years; Basic knowledge of local law standards, business, construction management, and accounts payable.
Preferred
Experience:
Three - to - 10 (3-10) years.
