IT Support Specialist (Hardware Focused)
As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide customer service support to our internal customers, image for onboarding new hires, end-user support, account creation, and track manage IT inventory, and more! This role is located at our Las Vegas, NV headquarters.

Coordinates with cross-functional teams in facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding.
Customarily and regularly provides front-line support to internal customers, including hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Manages physical location of employee assets and IT inventory, including major facility relocations.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise 1-2 years of experience supporting end users in a Windows environment.
Remote support across multiple teams and departments.
Knowledge of Windows 10, Outlook/Office 365, and setting/updating user permissions.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting and fixing laptop and desktop devices.

and/or Microsoft certifications.

Office 365 and ServiceNow experience.
