Typically, 4 to 8 hour shifts (flexible) Monday to Friday, Weekend days on occasion Pay:
$20/per hourOngoing safety training included.

Qualifications High school or equivalent (Required) Driver's License (Required or able to obtain) Job Description Assist in making new and existing homes and apartments more comfortable, healthier and energy efficient.
Setting up test equipment and performing and recording duct leakage and building tightness measurements in residential homes and apartments.
You may perform the following tests and inspections:
(1) Duct Leakage Measurement, (2) Building Air Leakage Measurement, (3) Exhaust fan flow Verification, (4) Quality Insulation Installation & Air Infiltration Sealing Inspection, (5) Thermal Imaging Working with builder clients and their trade subcontractors to help troubleshoot root causes of any issues found during field inspections (e.
g.
, why a house or duct system is too leaky.
).
Communicating project status, updates, and changes to our office.
Adhering to company policies, processes, and work instructions.
Submit time sheets with accurate mileage and job information.
Maintain and protect all company equipment and supplies.
Monitor, review and respond to all communication (email, phone, voicemail) promptly.
Other duties as assigned by (supervising persons).

Education & Skills Requirements Previous experience as HERS Rater, Energy Auditor, HVAC installer or HVAC service technician is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed below.
Reliable transportation, as this position, requires daily travel to and from a convenient carpooling location.
If hired, a valid driver's license, clean driving record.
High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements This job requires lifting up to 50 pounds.
The worker must ask for assistance in lifting more than 35 pounds and may request assistance in lifting at any time.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
