Company DescriptionJob Description Issue contract numbers, set up contracts in Spectrum.
Process change orders by contract.
Maintain contract files.
Review and Process Subcontractor AIA billings.
Perform audit of Subcontractor progress billings, stored material and deposit billings and Consultant progress and reimbursable billings.
Prepare Issues List.
Review and Process Consultant invoices.
Cut and release payments to Subcontractors and Consultants.
Prepare Wire Payments.
Prepare Lien Logs and Stored Material Logs.
Review Subcontractor and GC Log.
Track all Subcontracts written by General Contractor (including change orders).
Obtain and track Subcontractor Certificates of Insurance.
Obtain and track Subcontractor Nevada Contractor License.
Process and track Preliminary Notices by Project.
Subcontractor, General Contractor and Project Close Outs.
Assist in on-site audit of General Contractor's Project Files.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
