Each flavor of tobacco, charcoal, spices and extracts.
1.
Make sure all Hookahs are clean and filled with fresh water.
2.
Make sure that all hookah lights on tables and end tables are working.
3.
Place clean and water filled hookahs on tables with hookah LED lights turned on.
4.
Make sure the tobacco tray is clean and cups filled with fresh tobacco.
5.
Make sure all tobacco cups displayed on tray are cleaned and in good condition.
6.
Bring all bus tubs of dishes to kitchen when full.
7.
Empty trashcans in Lounge during evening.
8.
Periodically check bathrooms and let dishwasher know if it is untidy.
9.
Assist Cocktail servers and Bartender with various duties upon request.
10.
Greet customers with a warm smile and verbally acknowledge them.
11.
Ask if they want to sample the aromas of our tobacco selection.
12.
Offer each smoker a mouthpiece.
13.
Make suggestions and take hookah orders from customers.
14.
Prepare the hookahs, shake the capsule on top of hookah when needed.
15.
Write up the duplicate ticket with time, table number, flavor, and price, legibly.
16.
Hand one copy of the duplicate to the bartender on duty before making the hookah.
17.
Prepare and deliver the hookah.
18.
Assist in cleaning Hookah Lounge at end of shift- vacuuming, wiping down tables cleaning all hookahs properly and cleaning entire hookah station.
19.
Help bus tables when time permits.
