Responsibilities:
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic planning and tactical guidance to managers and team members, including coaching, counseling, employee relations, performance management, team member development and retention.
The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders in the following areas:
Talent acquisition Colleague engagement and development Policy compliance Investigations and workplace concerns Strategic workforce planning Succession planning Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders The principal outcomes of this role are to grow the organization by identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
The role works collaboratively with HR Directors and additional HR and business colleagues and is involved in the resolution of more complex HR related concerns, projects and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (6-10 years previous experience in same or related field).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
