The Social Media Manager is also responsible for analyzing social media data, managing social media accounts, and ensuring that all content meets brand standards.

oManage and monitor all social media accounts (e.

oDevelop and manage social media content calendar and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of content.
oCreate engaging, shareable, and on-brand content (e.

, graphics, videos, and text) that resonates with the target audience.
oMonitor and analyze social media data to track performance, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
oCollaborate with internal teams (e.

, marketing, customer service, sales) to ensure social media is integrated with overall marketing and communication strategies.
oStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and incorporate new techniques to improve performance.
oManage social media advertising campaigns and budget to ensure efficient use of resources.

oBuild and maintain relationships with social media influencers to increase brand awareness and reach.
ExpectationAs a Social Media Manager for Tylv Clothing, your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the brand's goals and values, managing all social media accounts, creating and curating engaging and shareable content, and staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to:
Increase Tylv Clothing's social media following and engagement:
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase Tylv Clothing's social media following and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
You will be expected to use data analysis and testing to continually optimize strategies and ensure that Tylv Clothing's social media channels are providing value to the brand.
oDevelop and execute social media campaigns:
You will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that align with Tylv Clothing's marketing and sales goals.
This may include creating and optimizing social media ads, working with influencers and brand ambassadors, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.
oCreate and curate high-quality content:
You will be responsible for creating and curating high-quality content that reflects Tylv Clothing's brand values and resonates with its target audience.
This may include creating original photography, videos, and graphics, as well as sourcing user-generated content and collaborating with other content creators.
oMonitor social media channels and engage with the community:
You will be responsible for monitoring Tylv Clothing's social media channels, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and engaging with the brand's community in a positive and authentic way.
You will be expected to use social listening tools to stay informed about customer sentiment and use that information to inform future social media strategies.
oStay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices:
You will be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices and using that knowledge to continually improve Tylv Clothing's social media presence.
This may include attending industry conferences, following thought leaders in the social media space, and experimenting with new tools and techniques.
Overall, you will be expected to be a creative and strategic thinker with strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for social media.
You will be expected to work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure that Tylv Clothing's social media presence is aligned with the brand's overall goals and values.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
