Sumnu Marketing - Marketing Specialist
This is a Work Experience position available through Employ NV Youth Hub.

Over 18Under the direct supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer, GMO (with guidance from the COO and CEO), the Marketing Specialist is responsible for:
Helping the company in its overall marketing efforts Playing an integral part of the development and execution of the marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion Deliver effective marketing programs that will help the company's reputation and growth The primary duties of the Marketing Specialist include but are not limited to):
Primarily- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.
) Liaise with external clients/vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts Plan and execute initiates to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.
) Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.
) to help share the future marketing strategies Undertake individual tasks of marketing plan as assigned Requirements- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.
) Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools Well-organized and detail oriented Exceptional communication and writing skills Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind At a minimum, all Sumnu Marketing employees (regardless of skill level and/or position) will be appointed a training official as well as a certifying official to ensure the completion of Sumnu Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
