Business Development Manager

Work with Delivery teams to effectively understand client needs & properly scope projects.
Work with Delivery teams to build & deliver winning solutions/proposals to customers.
Focus on ensuring superior customer relationships, new project coverage, solution excellence and strategic insight.
Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points.
Win new business within nominated accounts (existing or new accounts).
Maintain a high contact and meeting rate with clients.
Leverage Salesforce and other tools and quantitative data to manage sales campaigns to success, high customer satisfaction and renewal.
Prepare and deliver effective client presentations, including stakeholders at all levels of the organization up to C-Suite.
Prepare customer insights reporting, including analysis and research.
Manage weekly sales reporting for review.
Work closely with Finance on billing set up, invoicing and cash collections.
Adhere to established Sales processes and workflows.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth.
Work closely with clients to identify testing needs and consult on best practices for solutions and setup.
Ensure clients derive maximum value from the services.
Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts to increase revenue.
Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients' individual experiences to head off potential issues before they become problems.
Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly status and results presentations to internal teams, executive and board of directors.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
