The Utility Porter is responsible for cleaning all public areas.
oShampooing carpetsoStripping and waxing floorsoPolishing marbleoOperating sweepers, scrubbers, buffers, walk behinds and various other floor machinesoPressure washingoHigh cleaning and/ or dustingoEmptying trashcansoCleaning ashtrays and replacing sandoPicking up trashoCleaning glassoPolishing metalsoPerforming bio hazard clean-upoAny other janitorial related duties as requestedQualificationsRequirements:
