Job Summary The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing all accounting activities for the corporation, which includes day-to-day accounting activities company-wide and managing the accounting staff.

Compensation $125,000-$150,000 DOE Responsibilities Maintains detailed accounting records to support all payroll, pensions and benefits balances to ensure accuracy of financial statements Works collaboratively with payroll, benefits, and risk management departments to investigate and develop standard procedures for handling and reconciling transactions and accrual requirements, as well as preparing monthly analyses Works closely with the Financial Reporting Senior Accountant and assist with the month-end closing process Properly executes controls to ensure compliance with JSOX Prepares all accounting reports and records to support monthly, quarterly and annual reports Manages and provides direction to accounting staff members; provides strategic direction to field accounting representatives Education Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related field Requirements/Qualifications SAP experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of GAAP, FASB and IFRS reporting standards Demonstrated analytical skills, especially in complex reconciliation functions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
