Overview:
Part of all creative concepting and creative meetings and concepting of ideas, working within all brand guidelines for Zouk Group and Resorts World Las Vegas.
The Creative Director guides all projects and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department.

If the guest needs more assistance than you can provide, it is your responsibility to notify the appropriate department or individual.
Primary Job Responsibilities - Includes but is not limited to:
Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly IT.
Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral.
Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met.
Oversee client pitches and proposals.
Oversee deliverables, timelines and budgets if needed.
Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions.
Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams.
Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff.
Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members.
Also capable of creating all the creative content if needed.
Assists in creating concept ideas for pitch meetings.
Help manage website microsites.
Create ad mats for venues at the Resort.
Create traditional outdoor marketing assets.
Create publication ads.
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
At least five years of experience in Marketing, Graphic Design and Brand Development in a similar or related field.
At least three years of leadership experience in a similar or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Polished appearance and demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ability to successfully mentor a team.
At least 21 years of age.
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
