Business Development Representative
Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is searching for Business Development Representatives to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries online over the phone, providing initial product information for new and used vehicle inventory, and scheduling showroom appointments.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, organized and results-oriented.
This role collaborates with the Internet Sales team and reports to the Internet Director.

Responsibilities:
Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries, identifying customer needs to generate sales appointments Follow up with prospective clients that are not ready to make an appointment or are a no-show Ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriately notated in the CRM Desired Qualifications and
Experience:
Dealership BDC or call center experience strongly preferred Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Strong phone/email etiquette and communication skills are a must Good computer and typing skills Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Hours and Work Environment We are open Monday - Saturday 8am to 9pm.
We ask that all candidates have open availability to work during these business hours.
We offer a 5-day workweek, and are closed all Sundays.
This is an in-office position that requires being comfortable being on the phone most of your shift.
