We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and skilled Litigation Attorney with a focus on Personal Injury Law to join our esteemed legal team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for justice, a strong understanding of personal injury law, and the ability to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.
This role will involve working on various personal injury cases, including car accidents, product liability, and premises liability, among others.

Responsibilities:
Provide legal representation to our clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to car accidents, premises liability, and product liability.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and trial briefs.
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
Represent clients in court, arguing motions, attending trials, and negotiating settlements.
Work collaboratively with our legal team to manage cases from inception through resolution.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members.
Comply with all legal standards and regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Associate Attorney with a focus on personal injury law.
Proven litigation and trial experience.
Proficient in legal research and writing.
Demonstrated negotiation skills.
Thorough understanding of procedural laws and rules in the state.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A passion for serving clients and achieving justice.
Compensation:
You will have both a base salary and a non-commission draw based on your assumed/expected annual income.
