Responsibilities:
Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries, identifying customer needs to generate sales appointments Follow up with prospective clients that are not ready to make an appointment or are a no-show Ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriately notated in the CRM Desired Qualifications and Experience Dealership and Call Center Experience preferred Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Strong phone/email etiquette and communication skills are a must Good computer and typing skills Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Work hours and Environment Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 8 am to 9 pm.
Asking all candidates be flexible during these business hours A 5 day work week is offered and closed on Sunday Must be comfortable in an office, and call center environment Small Business Account manager:
