While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests:
delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury.
Most of the time, you will be:
oParticipating in marketing related functions including guest related events and operationsoSupporting and promoting our STN Boarding Pass program and other Gaming related programs (STN Cash, MarkerTrax, STN Charms, etc.
) and assisting/resolving any guests' issues.
oAssisting promotional clerks with their function to be mobile on the casino floor assisting guests with New Sign Ups of all Company casino gaming products, software questions and property questions.
What we can't train is what's inside of you.
