An Outreach Specialist is responsible for effectively communicating and providing follow up with/to patients, caregivers, physicians/medical providers, pharmacies, medical equipment companies, community resources, and collaborating with team members.
An Outreach Specialist is responsible for coordinating staffing for patients on their team and emailing/updating corresponding trackers and platforms.
The Outreach Specialist collaborates with their team and is in the filed with patients as needed.
Applicant must have excellent communication skills, have the ability to work cohesively within a team setting, be accountable, be a self starter, and must have reliable transportation (mileage is reimbursable) $2500 bonus paid out after 90 days.
Remainder amount of $2500 paid out after 6 months.
