Candidates with experience working in the service department answering call and scheduling appointments experienced BDC Rep are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
Determining the needs of the guest via telephone and recommending appropriate service with the goal of selling a service appointment.
Confirming guest appointments to ensure high show ratios.
Composing professional emails to customers.
Updating guest contact information on each call.
Qualifications:
Comfortable texting and emailing with customers daily Answering customer calls daily Superior communication skills, both oral and written Outstanding organizational skills Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure Recommended Skills Automotive Industry Business Development Communication Coordinating Retailing Sales Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
