Scope of Position Are you excited to dive into the dynamic world of food and beverage marketing? Our Las Vegas based team is searching for a marketing specialist with a passion for the hospitality industry.
This team member will work alongside globally recognized spirit brands, world-class hotel chains, renowned restaurants, and mixology bars.
If this sounds like you, this might be the position for you! This position is responsible for working directly with our Casino clients on Food & Beverage-specific marketing initiatives, including menu creation and engineering, F&B marketing ads, pricing & promotion strategies, special events execution, and creative concept development.
You will be expected to understand our client's strategic goals, and then utilize all of our available resources to execute solutions that will meet them (which may including ideation, interpreting art needs, customized production, technology, etc.
).
You will also work directly with the beverage supplier community and other external resources to deliver on what the client needs.
The ideal candidate is a creative entrepreneur with strong account & time management skills, a desire to collaborate alongside a high-performing team and has a whatever it takes attitude.
Team member should have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with the client, beverage suppliers, and internal teams including account executives, project managers, and our creative and production departments.
F&B background and/or expertise is a plus! Job Requirements:
Required - Bachelor's degree and experience in one of the below:
Marketing, advertising, sales promotion, event planning F&B Hospitality and/or Restaurant/Hotel/Casino operations On-premise beverage, menu development experience Track record of managing multiple accounts/programs Excellent communication & presentation skills Experience managing a budget Ability to get things done by leveraging a wide range of resources Microsoft Office Suite Job Type:
