Overview We are seeking Call Center Representatives for immediate hire! This is a temporary position that will start on 8/30/2023 and will continue through October.
There is an opportunity to convert to perm.
Our Call Center Representatives are responsible for handling claims inquiries in a fast-paced environment while helping our customers when they have questions and concerns.
Salary:
$18 per hour Work Location:
777 N Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107 Hours:
8 hour shifts between 5am and 5pm PST Monday to Friday.
No weekends! You'll have a commitment to work 40hrs per week.
Responsibilities What will you be doing? You'll be answering the phone to three core groups of people:
People who have questions or issues around their policies People who have active claims with our medical providers Medical providers about claims information As a minimum requirement you'll need:
High school diploma Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience The ability to type well and use a computer It would be nice if you also had:
The ability to use Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word The ability to take complex information and explain it in simple terms either in writing or over the phone or chat An eye for detail #LI-MB4 #pipeline Qualifications Required:
High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong typing and basic computer skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
