8K - $118K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago What will I be doing? As a Manager Security you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Plans, examines, analyzes, evaluates and supervises security operations.
Prepare and maintains accurate information for audits.
Prepares reports and records for management team, evaluates current procedures, practices and precedents for accomplishing activities and functions relative to security.
Prepares periodic budget estimates and reports, orders supplies and equipment as needed.
Supervises security personnel initiating personnel actions including recruitment, selections, transfers, promotions and discipline or dismissal, prepares work schedules, assigns or delegates responsibilities and evaluates performance.
Conducts, supervises and prepares reports relating to internal investigations of any losses or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
Serves as liaison with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies as it relates to security.
Ensures overall compliance with OSHA rules and regulations and maintains proper MSDS labeling and records.
Carries out all reasonable requests or special projects by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
Assists in the implementation, training and administration of automated security systems, maintains records and conducts periodic inspections.
Administers training with regard to loss prevention, fire, blood borne pathogens and all other safety topics related to all team members.

Experience:
BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree TAM, Health Card, Non-Gaming Card 3
years of related experience required.

years of Managerial experience required.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
High volume hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
