The Employee Relations Specialist will act as the primary investigator for employee relations and compliance matters.
A successful Employee Relations Specialist will enhance and improve the satisfaction and engagement of employees by ensuring their concerns are addressed and promptly resolved in compliance with legal requirements and organizational goals.
What You Will Do:
Investigate workplace issues/concerns, and draft concise and clear investigation reports Prepare, track, and maintain appropriate investigation documentation Develop and implement investigation plans, and ensure prompt resolution of cases/concerns Manage employee data and statements in a highly confidential manner Be a trusted partner to employees and leaders, promoting ethical and compliant behavior Coach, counsel, and educate employees on HR policies, processes, and programs Partner with legal and local leadership on employee-related issues Foster an effective, inclusive work environment/culture balancing employee advocacy with what's right for the business What Will Make You a Great Fit:
