What You'll DoWe are hiring a Business Analyst to join our continuous improvement team.
Your primary tasks will include modeling business processes, performing detailed requirements analysis and documentation, and performing some user acceptance testing.
To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, be detail oriented, and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
This role will focus on processes that span multiple business functions across the enterprise.
Job Responsibilities Evaluate business processes, derive requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications.
Design and develop advanced analytics including interactive dashboards and drill-through reporting.
Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting tools that highlight relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
Facilitation & Communication Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Gather critical information from meetings with stakeholders and produce useful reports.
Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Project Management Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
Manage competing resources and priorities.
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or relevant business experience.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.
Demonstrated advanced technical expertise with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent documentation skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
